Peter graduated from Auckland University in 1982 and immediately commenced work as a Design Engineer for Waitakere City Council (2yrs). He has overseas experience with both Consulting Practices and Contractors (UK - 2yrs). Since returning to NZ in 1986 he worked as a Professional Engineering Consultant and has been a Principal in the Practice since 1991.

Brett has worked for ACH Consultants since 1996, becoming a partner in 2002. Prior to that Brett worked for City Design as a design engineer in the civil department. Brett has considerable experience in the design and implementation of public infrastructure projects throughout the Greater Auckland area.

After beginning his career as a draftsman and travelling extensively overseas, Nick joined the practice after graduating from the University of Canterbury with an engineering degree in 1996. Nick has experience in Civil and Structural Engineering, from design through to contract administration. Nick has been a Director of the firm since 2001.
