Subdivision

ACH Consulting were engaged to provide a Drainage Infrastructure report for a proposed subdivision, located in Point Chevalier. This required special considerations as the location meant development may be limited, due to ability to provide stormwater and wastewater service connections.

Our work on this project also entailed providing development plans indicating extent of possible development and preliminary design solutions, as well as an infrastructure report to support the subdivision application.

47 Bayside Drive, Browns Bay is a 26 lot residential subdivision on one of Browns Bay remaining undeveloped tracts of land.
