ACH Consulting Engineers are providing structural engineering design, detailing and construction observation services for the re-cladding of the 60 unit apartment complex over basement carpark and podium.

Consideration of temporary constructive loading to the podium and design of propping for the same was required.

Structural retro-fit of louvre system and complimentary integrated balustrades were designed to fit with the original style of construction.

Working around continued apartment occupancy and working closely with the Project Manager and Contractors, ACH provide on-call design and construction observation services to ensure the remedial works remain on program.
