Feildlaw Associates Ltd 47 Bayside Drive, Browns Bay is a 26 lot residential subdivision on one of Browns Bay remaining undeveloped tracts of land.
ACH Consulting has provided engineering services for the civil and structural aspects of the development right from scheme plan stage through to construction observation.
Major aspects of the development have included the design and construction of significant keystone retaining walls to provide access and stability to the steep and difficult site, reticulated infrastructure such as stormwater and sanitary sewer, roading, and the construction of wetland areas for stormwater mitigation and treatment.
